For the first conversation on Soundcheck, Whistlin' Ricky Nicholas & myself have the privilege to sit down with the band, OMG The Moon.
They were previously known as the Wildflowers while mainly performing covers, and now they're ready to turn the page and start creating and performing their original music.
Their single 'Dream On' is being released on April 26th and they will also be performing at Stella's Music Club in Cleveland, OH on 4/26 as well.
It was great to hear the perspectives of them not only as individuals, but also as a collective together. We discuss their Fox8 news performance, different types of live shows and audiences, the process of making and finishing a song, and the vision that they have together as a band.
I encourage you all to get to the show on the 26th, and to start following them as they navigate on the path of creating & sharing music to the world.
As always, Keep on Chasin' it my people!
Nothing but love on this side.
For the 17th conversation on The Research Project, I'm honored and privileged to sit down with Rob Ward.
Rob is a touring Comedian that's been in the game long enough to provide all of us some incredible perspectives that he's learned on his own path, in his own life. Lesson learned: Just be you and do it your way.
Rob is constantly touring all over the place, and my best advice to you would be to get out and see one of his live shows.
Also go out & listen to the new podcast that includes Himself, Brian 'BTidy', & Brandon Carter.
The podcast is called '2 and Half Men: The Podcast', hosted by TRP Media!
As always, Keep on Chasin' it my people!
Nothing but love on this side.
For the 16th conversation on TRP, one of the OG's, Mitchell Zofka hops back on for a mid-day conversation filled with a completely random array of topics.
Parental Discretion is advised. Obviously.
I will be getting back to consistent episodes throughout the week starting in April.
Thanks for hanging in there my people! The support does not go unappreciated. I love you all.
Keep on chasing it baby!! Nothing but love on this side.
This is the first episode I did solo and I actually will plan on a minimum of 1 a week being released on Tuesday's for a solo episode.
I love conversations with people, but I find that I get a lot of answers just taking time to say what the hell is on my mind. I'm very happy to be wrong because that continuously gets me closer to my own truth, so feel free to disagree with anything I say. I'd love to hear your opinions.
This is also my first video episode, which is up on YouTube. It's filmed with a shitty camera but there's always room for improvement baby!
Search: The Research Project 015 or my name Tony Maulorico
I will have a call in number this week and an email that you all can leave messages to in order to create a dialogue with all of you.
Keep on Chasin' it my people! Nothing but love on this side.
For the 14th conversation on TRP, I am thrilled to have my Pops sit down and chop it up with me.
He's always been my main man throughout my life, and I owe a lot of credit to him for the good things I'm chasing in my life. My Pops has always tried to strive for balance in all areas, and that clearly has been passed down to me in countless ways.
There also should 100% be a parental advisory warning for this episode as you'll soon find out why.
As always, keep on chasin' progress my people!
Nothing but love on this side.
For the lucky 13th conversation on The Research Project, I'm privileged to have Whistlin' Ricky Nicholas join me on the podcast.
Rick has been like a brother to me & he's been nothing but a great influence in my life. He's always brought his own authentic perspective to everything he does & we touch on the power and meaning of music in our lives, the art of all different types of comedy in the world, and some currents events constantly being weaved throughout.
To close it out, we talk about the new project that we're working on, Speaking of Songs, a podcast hosted by the both of us, with the main pillar being focused on music.
We'll have more details in the upcoming weeks, but it'll include discussing all types of albums, genres, the history of music, artists, local musicians, include different guests, and everything that comes along with one of the greatest gifts in the world. Music.
As always, I appreciate all of you. Keep on Chasin' it my people!
Nothing but Love on this side.
This Sunday, 2/24/19, my buddy Nick Placko and I sit down and enjoy a conversation on how all of us get our water, how cities are built, and of course some funny Sunday rambling about random topics.
We all should be more grateful once we have a level of understanding on everything that needs to happen in order to live the lives that we do.
We've had this in the works for quite some time, so I'm glad we finally made it happen. I'm sure it won't be the last time baby!
As always, I appreciate all of your support.
Keep on Chasin' it my people!
Nothing but love on this side.
In the 11th conversation on TRP, I had the privilege to sit down and enjoy a great conversation with some great company. Jack Miller, Matt Miller, and Kyle Robertson hop on the mic's with me on a Saturday afternoon.
Topics discussed include Jack and Matt's history and experience playing Big10 football, and also being involved in coaching, recruiting, and everything that comes along with the complex world of college athletics. We dig into a few rabbit holes of world leaders, understanding that everyone is different but in the end, we can all find ways to come together more often than not for the collective good of the world. There's always more to learn!
Enjoy my people! I appreciate the support. As always, keep on chasin' it. Nothing but love on this side.
In episode #10 of TRP, I have the privilege to sit down with Nico Sidari.
Topics discussed include living and growing up in the great city of Cleveland, Nico's experience playing College Football and overseas, mission trips & how we must be authentic and true to ourselves in order to pass down lessons to the younger generations.
I've known Sid since birth, and I know we've always enjoyed both learning from each other and talking shit for as long as I can remember. We're both drastically different from each other, but also more similar than you could imagine when we both get back down to the roots. Hope you enjoy the conversation!
As always, I appreciate the support.
Keep on Chasin' it my people. Nothing but love on this side.
In the 9th conversation on TRP I have the privilege to sit down with a great friend of mine of 10+ years, Corey Seidenwand.
We chop it up about several topics while indulging in quite a good amount of Gin.
We laugh through conversations of some classic stories, the AND1 mixtape tour, the UFC, get serious & honest about both of our pasts, how we dealt with life problems, and how we can look at ourselves more truthfully to get going on the path of becoming the best versions of ourselves.
It's always a great time when we're together & I'm glad we got to sit down and get back down to the roots with each other.
As always, Keep on Chasin' it my people!
Nothing but love on this side.
