My people! Hope all is well and you're staying vertical.

As I write this, I feel very privileged that I got to sit down with a good friend of mine, Pat LaGuardia for what was to me, a fantastic dialogue and conversation.

Pat is a singer / songwriter and plays in two groups. Mr. Carnivore is a four piece band that just released a new single 'Troll', and he's also in duo with Hannah Stak called Worry Stone. They also just released their new single 'Cigarette Smoke'. You can find both of those wherever you listen to your music & I highly recommend you do.

We discuss songwriting, being interested in multiple things and always trying to balance progress within all of them.

It seems to me that within these types of conversations, I tend to gain a lot of clarity just from simply having an honest dialogue with great person. When you have someone like Pat, he makes it easy to get down to the roots of you are, and I always thought that is a huge part of what his music entails and why he's a great artist. Honest Progression baby!

Frankie Wolf is an actor, skater, and just an all around great guy.

Born and raised and Cleveland, OH and moved out to LA at the age of 15 to jumpstart his career in acting.

This was an absolute marathon of a conversation so topics discussed span over a wide variety.

One of my favorite ones I've ever been a part of, as I got to chop it up with My Pops again for the second time on TRP.

My Pops is an extremely intelligent man but has always had a way of mixing in humor throughout the conversations.

Tier 1 Gentleman.

I can go on forever about how great of a man my Pop is, mistakes and all, but I wouldn't trade him for the world.

For the 32nd sit down on TRP, one of the best guys I know, Ricky Nicholas, joins the show.

Good people are good people & when Rick is tossing words up in the air, it's not only captivating, but extremely helpful as well. It seems to clear up a little bit of the mud in the mind.

What the hell does that even mean? When it comes down to it, the best way I can explain it is that it's just simply really fun to be around the guy. I enjoy it. His perspectives are inherently his own & I hope you enjoy the conversations.
