One of my great friends, John White aka Johnny 2's joins me on TRP!

We had a solid pregame meal for this episode and absolutely hammered some Ribeye steaks from Cleveland's Westside Market to prime us up for our conversation.

Johnny lays out his best restaurant suggestions for all of us in the greater Cleveland area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A very important topic of how the Food Channel needs to be revamped again gets touched on, and we also discuss best food shows of our time with some great thoughts and opinions mixed in between it all.

Within the entire dialogue we mention that we all can appreciate & understand the importance and power behind a meal with family and friends. We should always be conscious of those moments, considering it's one of the commonalities that connects all of us as humans in this beautiful world.

I'm honored to have my 1 and only Big Brother, Benny join me on TRP over the weekend. We discuss Amazon pick up stations, revisit the NFL, how Benny & his wife have started their own business, Trial and Error farms, and the roller coaster ride that comes with running your own company.

The main goal of this episode is to make people realize that there is a a large amount of satisfaction when you chase your dreams in your own unique way. Failure will inevitably happen, but chasing progression can never stop in this world.

My brother has become a big influence in my life, and he always has had an incredible mind and perspective that I believe a lot of us can learn from. Hope you enjoy!

I'm honored to have one of my brothers, Manuel Vazquez-Ederra join me on an episode late on a Wednesday night. We initially talk briefly about Cleveland sports, what sports means to us & our city, and then start getting down to the roots of who we are as individuals. We discuss different ways on how we try to constantly improve in all areas of our lives, and at the end of the day we realize that we're all just trying to figure it out like many of us in modern day society. We don't have all the answers, but we're trying to figure it out. Manny has always brought a new & unique perspective to every conversation I've had with him, and if you take the time to listen carefully, I'm sure you'll get something out it. I was playing the guitar and a few things finally came together for me. I felt stagnant and it was taking much longer than I'd like to get 'better' at creating music, but this time it was an actual feeling. A feeling that I realized happened when I was completely present in what I was doing with deliberate and complete focus. Everyone can find these things in their life if they take the time to live completely in the moment at whatever it is we are doing. Whether that be work, family, time with friends, hobby's, fitness. You see true progress only when you are completely focused at the task right in front of you. In my opinion, I've found that helpful. Keep on chasing it my people!

15 minute update for plans moving forward. I'll be posting 1-2 weekly updates that are 15-30 minutes long about my current thought process, what I'm up to, thinking about, watching, listening to, and hopefully it also makes you become more aware of your life and your day-to-day routine and structure as well.

We can all get better my people! We just have to have a consistent conversation about it.

Looking ahead, there will be 2-3 episodes a week. 1-2 will likely be by myself with updates and making sure we're all remaining consistent and thinking from new perspectives, and 1 will be with a friend or guest for 1-2 hours discussing an array (underused word) of topics.

My People! This is the introduction and the ground work of The Research Project. The next few episodes will have much more of a structure. so just bare with me. I'm learning every single day too. I think as people, there needs to be more of a dialogue around the things that are constantly in our heads that seize to come out on a daily basis. Finding balance in our lives is one way to understand who we are as individuals, and also how we can put our true selves out into the world in order to continuously move it forward. I'm no expert, but I'm constantly asking questions. Life is more fun that way, in my opinion.
