Angela is the founder of The A Life, which first began as a wellness and movement studio in Melbourne. She has over 14 years experience as an Osteopath treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and mentoring a team of practitioners. Over the years Angela has immersed herself in developing her own movement practice and overcoming old injuries. She has trained around the world and been certified in many different forms of movement practices with Pilates, Strala Yoga, and Movnat as well as dance and natural movement exploration. Today Angela shares her philosophy of movement with a global community with her husband Marty, through The A Life Anywhere, their current online movement membership.
