'No' can be hard to say in business, especially for service providers, but actually it's one of the most powerful words to help us grow our business.

One of the best things to do at the turn of the year is Goal setting - now I absolutely do not believe ‘new year new you’ but I do believe in the power of the energy during the early days of a new year.

This episode is a heartfelt look at a year that unfolded nothing like I expected. From illness to surgery delays to supporting my son through a frightening heart problem, 2025 pulled me in every direction. 

It was also the year I pivoted from full time wedding photography into mentoring and business education, a shift driven by intuition, exhaustion and the realisation that my work and life needed to evolve. What emerged were lessons that reshaped how I think about success, strategy, time and self belief.
