#highest2lowest #spikelee #denzelwashington

I nearly overlooked Spike Lee's masterpiece Highest 2 Lowest, starring the incomparable Denzel Washington. Let’s just say I strongly disagree with sites like Rotten Tomatoes—or any platform that doesn’t rate this film at least 70% positive. Check out my review to find out why.

I built a platform for deep, intellectual conversations. Instead, I got unfiltered chaos. Weerdy was supposed to be the coolest social media site ever — now it’s a circus of weird confessions, inside jokes, and whatever that was. I’ve had enough. It’s time to confront the madness... and the users behind it.

Laugh at my pain. Turn me into a meme. See if I care on https://weerdy.com.

While strolling through the mall, I came across the legendary #AirJordan XIV Retro “Ferrari” (Challenge Red / Black – Vibrant Yellow). I couldn’t believe it — a true grail right in front of me! Had to cop them on the spot.

MORE ABOUT THE AIR JORDAN 14 FERRARI:

The Air Jordan 14 "Ferrari" is one of the most iconic and unique colorways in the Jordan Brand lineup. First released in August 2014, this bold design drew direct inspiration from #Michael Jordan’s love of luxury #sports cars — specifically, the Ferrari 550 Maranello. The #AJ14 silhouette itself had already incorporated design cues from the car, such as the sleek, aerodynamic lines, the midsole vents resembling a car’s exhaust, and the shield-like #Jumpman logo, mirroring Ferrari’s prancing horse emblem.

The #Ferrari edition took that automotive influence even further. Featuring a vibrant Challenge Red suede upper, carbon fiber detailing, and black/yellow accents, the #shoe looked and felt like it came straight off the racetrack. This was one of the first #jordan releases to fully embrace a luxury sports car aesthetic, not just in inspiration, but in execution — giving the #sneaker a premium feel that set it apart from traditional retro colorways.

Originally released as a limited drop, the Ferrari 14 generated massive hype in the sneaker community. Its bold, one-piece upper and luxury materials made it a standout not just for collectors, but for anyone looking to make a statement. Over time, the Ferrari 14 gained grail status, with resell prices climbing and demand remaining strong, especially among fans of the more fashion-forward or lifestyle-focused Jordans.

More than just a #colorway, the Air Jordan 14 "Ferrari" represents the intersection of sport, luxury, and speed — a fitting tribute to MJ’s championship pedigree and high-end taste. It's not just a sneaker; it’s a symbol of performance and passion, both on and off the court.

I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ decades ago, and it remains the single greatest decision I’ve ever made. Through near-death experiences and countless trials, His grace has carried me, sustained me, and transformed me. Now, I feel a deep urgency to share the life-changing power of Jesus Christ with others—so they too can encounter the hope, peace, and purpose that only He can give.

MORE ABOUT JESUS CHRIST:

Jesus Christ is the central figure of Christianity, believed by Christians to be the Son of God, the Messiah (or "Anointed One"), and the Savior of the world. He is also regarded by many as a profound moral teacher and spiritual leader, even outside of Christian faith traditions.

Birthplace:

Jesus was born in Bethlehem, a small town in Judea (modern-day West Bank), around 4–6 B.C., during the reign of King Herod. His birth fulfilled ancient Jewish prophecies about the coming of a Messiah.

Who He Is:

According to the Bible, Jesus is both fully divine and fully human. He was born to a young virgin named Mary, through a miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit. He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, taught with authority, and showed compassion to the poor, the sick, and the outcast.

His Mission:

Jesus came to reveal God's love and to provide a way for humanity to be reconciled to God. He willingly gave His life on the cross, dying as a sacrifice for the sins of the world. Three days later, He rose from the dead—a foundational belief in Christianity—demonstrating victory over sin and death. His resurrection confirmed His identity and mission as the Savior.

Legacy:

Jesus’ life, teachings, death, and resurrection are recorded in the New Testament of the Bible. His message has transformed billions of lives and continues to offer hope, forgiveness, and eternal life to those who believe in Him and follow Him.

Claressa Shields came through with some words after Laila Ali’s team said no to their fight. TMZ caught up with the boxing champ recently, and she said she feels like they’re only saying no, because Laila’s “scared” to duke it out with her in the ring.

If you were waiting to see Claressa Shields and Laila Ali throw down, hate to burst your bubble, but it’s not happening. Claressa talked about Laila’s team saying no during a recent run-in with TMZ. When they asked her about the fight status, she said they flat-out said no, and if she were Laila, she wouldn’t fight here either.

“Layla and her representatives have told us no. Like, the answer is ‘no.’ She doesn’t want to fight. And that’s fine. I have no problem with that. I’m not upset. I mean, I wouldn’t fight me either. You know what I’m saying? I understand that she’s scared. I’m moving on,” Shields explained.

I Just Saw I Know What You Did Last Summer

I just saw the new I Know What You Did Last Summer movie, and here are my thoughts on the film.

When five friends inadvertently cause a deadly car accident, they cover up their involvement and make a pact to keep it a secret rather than face the consequences. One year later, the past comes back to haunt them as they learn someone knows what they did last summer. Stalked by a mysterious killer, they soon seek help from two survivors of the legendary Southport massacre of 1997.
