Did you know “empty nesters” are the highest growing community to develop eating disorders?
Today we have Robyn Goldberg, RDN, a certified eating disorder registered dietitian supervisor, certified intuitive eating counselor, and a Health at Every Size® (HAES) clinician. We discuss this often misdiagnosed and stigmatized subject. Robyn just released her book, The Eating Disorder Trap, which combines the latest research, as well as the knowledge she has gathered working in nutrition for over two decades. As a nutrition therapist, she helps people connect their feelings around food, breaks myths about the nutritional, psychological, and medical components of eating disorders.
Join us as we discuss and get some great pointers on how to recognize many of the eating disorder signs and traps.

Today I talk with Stasi Kasianchuk, a registered dietitian, nutritionist and exercise physiologist and Gennev’s Director of Health Coaching. She will share her insight around what changes we go through at midlife to bring on changes in our sleeping patterns, and share some strategies to help us sleep like babies.....or close to it.

When we start to talk about finances I can feel my face becoming red and flushed. I will admit I'm a work in progress around managing money and today this episode will shed a light around how you can become more confidence when it comes to your finances.
Meet Patty Bonsera, a Certified Financial Educator (CFEI), Financial Wellness Advisor and Coach. She's been married, divorced, spent 11 years as a single mom and later remarried. She's experienced income inequality, worked for a firm that was later indicted in securities fraud (unbeknownst to employees), gave her financial power away to my spouse, (eventually took it back), and lost pretty much everything after 2008 (while hiding all the shame from family) and rebuilt my life.
Over time, after confiding in close girlfriends, she discovered she wasn't alone and came to this overwhelming feeling that she needed to do something about it. That's when her own midlife reinvention started and she came over to personal finance and how Fear.less Girl Financial was born.
This industry needs a makeover and midlife women will not be ignored.

Women who take a break from their career at points in their lives feel invisible or as thought they've lost their identity.

It's okay to not know what to do next. In this episode we chat about life, and how those accomplishments we've had can create our 'highlight reel' and propel us forward. We have so much to give and so many ways to add value. Listen in as Ginny divulges some of her wisdom on how to network more strategically, how to pitch your volunteer work to a corporate recruiter, and how to short circuit your negative mindset.

You've proven you're brave. You cannonballed into one chapter of your life and showed up fully — for your family, your career, your community, everyone who needed you. You did that. And it…
Now you're asking a different question.
Not how do I do more? But does this still fit?
Welcome to The Right-Sized Life with Amy Schmidt — the podcast for women who are done maintaining the old life and ready to build the true one.
Every episode, Amy brings the honest conversation you've been waiting for — the one that sounds less like a self-help seminar and more like a glass of wine with your wisest friend. Real stories. Practical frameworks. Permission to let go of what no longer fits and make room for what actually does.
Because a right-sized life isn't about having less.
It's about having what fits — so when the moments that matter arrive, you are actually there for them.
Amy Schmidt is the founder of Fearlessly Facing Fifty, bestselling author of CANNONBALL! Fearlessly Facing Midlife and Beyond and the forthcoming The Right-Sized Life, TEDx speaker, and one of the most trusted voices in midlife women's media.
Go forth and live aligned. 🤍
