We are all aware of the negative impacts that social media has on our mental health, in fact I’ve even made a video talking about it as well!

But I wanted to highlight some of the positive impacts that it has for us!

Andrew Fleming has been a brother to me for years, and though we have had many conversations like this together, we finally recorded one of them, and I wanted to share it with you!

The way that he has faced adversity, and grown because of it makes me proud to be so close with him, but also, I look up to him because of this.

A while back, I made a video about becoming happy by being generous to others!

Though that still rings true, I wanted to speak on a broader spectrum in regards to just feeling good or feeling better in the moment.
