Matt is a new friend of mine who is starting a podcast and YouTube channel as well, and he speaks about a lot of similar ideas that I do!

He’s a very motivated guy, he is truly inspirational!

Alex is someone I met in college, but we have connected more and more over the past year or so.

From travelling the world, to public speaking, he has done it all!

I’m really glad that he was able to share his perspectives with me, and I know that he will be able to put a smile on your face as well!

We are all aware of the negative impacts that social media has on our mental health, in fact I’ve even made a video talking about it as well!

But I wanted to highlight some of the positive impacts that it has for us!

Andrew Fleming has been a brother to me for years, and though we have had many conversations like this together, we finally recorded one of them, and I wanted to share it with you!
