In this episode, I went in on the pervasive issue of screen time and its impact on our daily productivity. Many of us find ourselves glued to screens, whether it's our phones, tablets, or computers, only to complain about the lack of time for essential tasks like doing the dishes, laundry, or working out.
I wanted to explore why we struggle to use technology to our advantage and instead let it distract us as well as discuss practical strategies to reclaim our time, enhance productivity, and make technology work for us rather than against us.
