Join us as Pastor Kevin picks up where we left off on Easter Sunday, as two disciples travel by foot, discussing the events around Jesus’ crucifixion. Along the way, they are joined by a stranger who engages them with a string of questions that spans the Bible, reminding the mournful disciples (chiding them, really) of God’s promises. Only when the stranger is invited to dinner and the bread is broken, do they recognize this mysterious stranger as Jesus…and then he disappears. Today, we look at what this story teaches us about resurrection faith.
