These are the highlights of what we discussed:

1. By taking the time to stop and truly listen to the world around you, you may notice sounds, sights, and experiences that you often overlook every day. The sound of the traffic on your way to work, how the trees sway when it’s windy, the way the sun feels against your bare skin. These simple, mundane things take place without you even thinking about them. But if you take a moment to see how they affect you and how your life might be different if, instead, your commute was a breeze, trees stayed still, and it was constantly rainy, then you can find the beauty in these basic, everyday moments. You can find inspiration in them.
     
2. Your belief system makes up a huge part of who you are. You’ve probably engaged in discussions or even debates about topics that you felt strongly about. You go about your everyday life while holding on to your morals and beliefs. These guide you in all of your actions and have shaped you into the person that you are today. You can take some time to reflect on why you believe what you do. Let this deeper understanding of yourself inspire you. 
     
3. You probably have a favorite movie, or favorite book, or a favorite song. Maybe you have multiple favorites. There may have been a moment or even a few in your life that you felt like some form of art changed you. You might have gained a new perspective on some aspect of life. When you switch off the TV after watching a rousing movie, or close a book after reading the last line, or hear the last few notes of a beautiful melody, you can let the message inspire you.
     
4. There are so many thoughts that go through your mind every day. Many relate to what you’re experiencing, while some are probably completely random. Nevertheless, writing down what you’re thinking or feeling and why is one daily activity that can provide you with endless inspiration. It might be some recipes you want to try out, or a to-do list, or a detailed account of a memorable part of your day. Then, you can go back to those journal entries from ordinary days and be inspired by your past self. 
     
5. If you’re struggling to know where to start, you can easily reflect on some different prompts that will get inspiration flowing. Ask yourself simple questions, such as: What makes you happy? Angry? What was one of your hardest days like? One of your best days? What are you struggling to overcome? What do you wish you could change? What do you hope never changes? Look within yourself for deeper answers to these basic questions. Really think about them, and let the answers inspire you.

CLEAR Pass for CBP Mobile Passport Control is a mobile app that helps U.S. citizens and Canadian visitors streamline their entry to the United States through U.S. Customs and Border Protection. 

Who can use CLEAR Pass for CBP Mobile Passport Control?

All U.S. citizens and Canadian visitors coming to the U.S. can use the CLEAR Pass for the CBP Mobile Passport Control app. While the app is created by CLEAR, you do not need to be a CLEAR member to use it.
CLEAR Pass for CBP Mobile Passport Control is currently available for iOS users. 

CLEAR is only in the US and only at about 50 or so locations across the entire country. To us, the $180 per year does not seem worth the price of hoping they'll be at your next location, MAYBE saving you a little time at an airport, MAYBE not having to pull out your ID, and possibly not having a touchless experience since you might have to fingerprint.   We say: instead, always arrive at LEAST an hour before your flight. 98% of the time, this has been plenty of time to stand in long lines and check bags and go through long security lines without missing our flight and pocket that money. Save it for your next adventure, or use it for your next flight, hotel room,  or your weekly groceries. You'll always be waiting when you travel. If not at the check-in counter or security lines, then at the gate. You have to wait in line for tickets to your favorite shows, or to get into the show, or for the show to start. No. We don't want to spend our hard-earned vacation budget on "Waiting." We don't want to spend our time waiting. With proper planning, you can minimize wait times at the airport and for everything you want to do.  Figure out the slow days and times at the airport and book flights accordingly. Pack your bag correctly so you avoid overweight allowances and can quickly have everything you need at your fingertips when you need it.  There are a ton of time-saving things you can do in advance in order to maximize your travel time.  Either way, waiting or planning - they both take up part of your time. It's just how travel is.  Even if a travel agent does everything for you, and someone packs all your bags for you, getting to and from your destination takes time. It's part of the experience and part of the journey. You actually might meet someone cool standing in line next to you someday.   SO- enjoy the journey! That's part of the trip as well! And when you just can't tolerate that extra 5 minutes waiting in line, use that time wisely and plan your next trip.

After that, if you are approved, you will be issued a Known Traveler Number within a couple of weeks. You will then input your Known Traveler Number into your itinerary or your frequent flyer profile, and each time you fly, you will be eligible for Pre-Check.
Tip: Always double-check that your Known Traveler Number is in your frequent flyer profile, especially if you are flying on Southwest, since it can “disappear” sometimes.
You won’t be issued Pre-Check every time, but about 95% to 98% of the time, you will see the Pre-Check logo on your boarding pass after you check in, and that’s all you need.
