When you can't find any peace, create it.
Inner peace isn't dependent on anything other than you.
It can withstand even the most challenging times.
This kind of peace is often difficult to cultivate.
It takes time, patience, and effort.
Be kind to yourself.
Keep showing up.
You've got this.
There are countless ways to spend any moment.
No matter what you do, there will be something else you could be doing that you'd consider more worthy.
Missing out is unavoidable.
What good is ruminating over it?
All you can do is do what you can.
Make peace with here and now.
You've got this.
Some of us almost seem to enjoy failure.
We see all the learning and growth it can facilitate.
Others of us simply hate it and avoid it at all costs.
Our aversion to it, however, might lead to completely overlooking its value.
You don't have to enjoy failure to appreciate it.
You've got this.
You might beat yourself up when you recognize habits or behaviors that aren't serving you.
Give yourself some credit, though.
Seeing a problem is a start.
Next comes taking steps to change, of course.
That often isn't easy.
Extend yourself some grace.
You're doing the work.
You've got this.
We don't always have many options for responding to challenging situations.
Grasping for solutions when we're truly powerless can make us feel even worse.
When there's nothing to do, why not do nothing?
Acknowledge what's going on and how you feel.
Then, work to move forward.
You've got this.
How we label ourselves might help others understand or know what to expect from us.
When we become attached to these labels, however, they can limit growth.
We risk blindly clinging to them, even when they no longer serve us.
Your labels can be your limits.
Hold them loosely.
You've got this.
Tedious processes, arduous tasks, challenging problems - such efforts can be the ones we find the least enjoyable.
Once taken to completion, however, they can also be the most satisfying.
Even an earnest attempt can be quite fulfilling.
What's satisfying isn't always pleasant.
You've got this.
Stories help us make sense of things.
Sometimes, though, the stories we tell ourselves aren't quite accurate.
We've jumped to conclusions based on hasty judgements or incomplete understandings.
Such stories often only make life more difficult.
Do your stories reflect reality?
You've got this.
We're often able to improve unpleasant situations.
However, there will be times when there's nothing we can do.
There's really only one option when we're powerless.
Let it be.
You don't have to like it.
Let your dislike be, too.
Then, let it all go.
Move on with your life.
You've got this.
We often limit ourselves to two polar options - all or nothing, this or that, black or white.
Life, however, rarely presents us such limited paths.
It's full of possibilities, compromises, and shades of gray.
Keep searching, exploring, and expanding.
Is there a middle ground?
You've got this.
