You might have a lot going on.
There might be a long road ahead.
Old mistakes might make things more difficult.
Prioritize what's important right now.
Consider your future, but don't live in it.
Learn from your past, but don't carry it with you.
You're living here and now.
You've got this.
Freezing in the face of challenging situations rarely serves any purpose.
It often, in fact, only makes things worse.
Take one small step.
Even in the wrong direction, this at least offers a sense of agency.
If you misstep, that's okay.
Assess, adjust, and then take another.
You've got this.
The more you understand yourself, the more you can understand others.
The more you care for yourself, the more you can care for others.
The more you love yourself, the more you can love others.
You are the most important person in your life.
Are you treating yourself as such?
You've got this.
We often let unpleasant emotions control us.
Our blind reactions can then lead to regret, shame, and embarrassment.
Your emotions are only messengers.
Why give them such power over you?
Pause, breathe, and make space.
Use that space to respond with intentionality, if at all.
You've got this.
Others will judge you based on your words and actions.
Sometimes, their judgements will be accurate.
Other times, not so much.
You know your intentions.
What you do with those judgements is your call.
Learn from your mistakes.
Stay true to your values.
Adjust as necessary.
You've got this.
It's easy to get caught up in chasing "more."
We chase more money, more friends, or more of whatever the thing is.
This is often an attempt to meet others' standards and expectations.
Thus, we're never satisfied with "more."
Find and embrace "enough."
What is enough for you?
You've got this.
It's often not our own problems that drive our distress.
Rather, it's comparing our own to others'.
We wish we were living somebody else's life.
Yet, we don't recognize that the people we envy feel the same way.
Be grateful for your problems.
Somebody out there envies yours.
You've got this.
Life isn't a contest to win.
There's no podium or leaderboard at the end.
Some of us excel at certain measures of success.
We all, however, fall short in many more.
Decide by which measures you'll gauge your life.
Pursue those that matter to you.
Let go of those that don't.
You've got this.
We were all born into different bodies, families, and environments.
None of us have the same strengths, weaknesses, and circumstances.
How, then, can we compare ourselves to anyone else?
Let others be inspiration and yourself be competition.
Be better than you were yesterday.
You've got this.
Unhappiness is often driven by unintentionality.
Start by seeking alignment.
How do your actions align with your values and ethics?
Are your efforts aligned with your goals and dreams?
You'll likely never find total alignment.
That's okay.
The pursuit alone is often enough.
You've got this.
