Even with the unfortunate loss of AG nominee Matt Gaetz, Americans see a pathway to success for the new administration and for Mr. Gaetz himself. Just the prospect of Matt becoming a special prosecutor to hold despicable Jack Smith and his entire abhorrent team accountable has me being very thankful this week! And of course, the Department of Government Efficiency or DOGE effort is keeping the cockroaches inside and outside of the government who think they have a right to our money and power of us scurrying around conspiring how they can stop Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy in their efforts to destroy the administrative state! Who amongst us isn’t thankful for that! And as with all transitions, reports of infighting on the Trump transition team are coming out but the one breaking the last two days is really about that video you just saw, Trump Attorney and loyalist Boris Epshteyn is the cause of Jack Smith surrendering to defeat and running away! That’s why the New York Slimes has run hit pieces on him and the rest of the team, as usual all the regime media are picking it up! The leftists in America are in severe denial, all the way from before election day to this morning, and they are still trying to manipulate the facts and the truth to shape the outcome! Trump warned us the Deep State would try to trigger World War III if he won. President-elect Trump has picked Mike Waltz as his National Security Advisor, and he endorsed Senator Roger Wicker in the Mississippi Republican primary even though he had two opponents. I believe Mr. Trump knew he needed a strong Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee and Mr. Wicker is that man because he demonstrates the knowledge and leadership America needs to re-establish peace through strength quickly. Senator Wicker and Congressman Waltz fully get it that our Naval capabilities must be re-shaped rapidly if we are to successfully deter China in the vast maritime and aerospace domains of the Indo-Pacific region, and globally if necessary. I agree with former President Trump and although I don’t agree with Senator Wicker, or any elected official on many issues, on this one I not only agree, but will work with Senator Wicker, National Security Advisor Waltz, and anyone else I can to accomplish the most immediate objective of re-establishing ship manufacturing yards, a workforce for them, and maritime crew force development. Regaining maritime superiority must be our number one national security (and maybe even economic) priority if we are to re-establish peace through strength and deter China. Donald Trump is returning to the White House and things are happening already, not all of them good news. However, the brightest spot on the national security map may be the renewal of the last Trump administration’s approach to peace in the middle East, primarily through the Abraham accords and the maximum pressure campaign on Iran, the obvious impetus behind the war Israel is now fighting for it's survival. Americans are concerned about getting pulled into another long war in the Middle East while fully supporting Israel at the same time, so a lot of questions need to be answered. These questions are very necessary as we see nuclear umbrella protected NATO ally Turkey’s coziness with Hamas, Iran’s emerging nuclear capability, and the Biden administration escalating the conflict in Ukraine by authorizing the use of American long-range missiles by Ukraine on Russian territory, President Trump and his team face am increasingly more volatile situation right out of the gate. With Israel being the only democratic state in the Middle East, the last Trump administration was developing answers to why Israel is worthy of remaining a critical ally of the United States? And Why have critical race theorists identified Israel and the U.S. as the most pernicious examples of “settler colonialism”? But unfortunately, the Biden administration abandoned them. Many of us come from generational service families, some with service all the way back to 1775, the beginnings of the continental Army, Navy, and Marine Corp, by the way the Marines turned 249 years old yesterday born at Tunn Tavern. But also, many of us are first generation Americans, and some have not even gained citizenship yet, but we will because we have offered our last full measure of devotion if necessary, on battlefields, on the seas, and in the air, just as our predecessors did. We love you all, and we do what we do, both in and out of uniform, to preserve your liberty. We’ll discuss this all today with two great guests.
