The Rock Experience with Mike Brunn

Bruce Kulick joins me to discuss why he decided to leave Grand Funk, would he play with Gene Simmons on a solo tour, his feelings on being "left out" of the final KISS show and so much more

On this episode we take a look back at the KISS album "Unmasked". Recently Paul Stanley said it was one of his least favorite KISS albums. Do we agree? We also talk about other things in pop culture in 1980 and how this album did or did not fit in!

We take a look back at 2023, discussing KISS, Aerosmith, Motley Crue, Foo Fighters, Metallica and more. Of course no talk about 2023 would be complete with at least mentioing Taylor swift and her impact on music this year.

We gave our first thoughts of KISS's final concert hours after it happened. Now that we had some time to really step back and think alot about that night we come back with our updated thoughts on the show, the KISS Avatars and more!

We discuss the final shows at MSG, KISS taking over NYC for the weekend, Paul being sick just before the concerts and the future of KISS.

We discuss the upcoming final KISS show at New York's Madison Square Garden.

We have a discussion about meeting Ozzy in 2023, our thoughts on his career and what we would like to see from a final album (one day). We also discuss who do we like better Ozzy solo or Black Sabbath.

On this episode we discuss the Sammy Hagar era of Van Halen, the pressures of replacing David Lee Roth, each of the Sammy albums and the new Collection box set.

On this episode we take a look back at the KISS Psycho Circus album, era and tour. We give our thoughts on each track on this "reunion" album.

We talk at look back at the first non makeup KISS album, rating each track. We also talk about the album cover, the tour, the videos and the other music that was popular in 1983!
