Sara Ciplickas sits down with Vancouver Actor, Comedian & Filmmaker Panta Mosleh, who recently premiered her most recent directorial effort Pride & Prayer at the Vancouver Queer Film Festival. Mosleh is also featured in A24's Eternity, which world premiered at TIFF on Sunday, September 7th. In Pride & Prayer, Mosleh embarks on a soul-searching journey to reconcile her queerness with her Muslim faith. Through raw conversations, moments of solitude, and spiritual questioning, she invites us into a deeply personal quest for belonging.

The Long Walk is a 2025 American dystopian survival thriller film co-produced and directed by Francis Lawrence from a screenplay by JT Mollner. It is based on the 1979 novel of the same name by Stephen King (under his pseudonym Richard Bachman). A group of teenage boys compete in an annual contest known as "The Long Walk," where they must maintain a certain walking speed or get shot. The film stars Cooper Hoffman, David Jonsson, Garrett Wareing, Tut Nyuot, Charlie Plummer, Ben Wang, Roman Griffin Davis, Josh Hamilton, Judy Greer, and Mark Hamill.

The Conjuring: Last Rites is directed by Michael Chaves and written by Ian Goldberg, Richard Naing, and David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick. The film is the ninth installment in The Conjuring Universe.
