I’ve spent years studying a few things really closely — people, homebuilding, and success. And over time, I’ve realized something powerful:
Success isn’t random. It’s built.
I’ve been a student of success for over 30 years — learning, growing, and watching people do big things. And what I’ve found is this: there’s a simple framework that separates those who dream from those who actually build a life they’re proud of.
I call it the Success Triangle.
Three sides. Three commitments. And if one is missing, the whole thing falls apart.
It starts with your attitude — because your level of optimism will always predict your success. Then comes knowledge — learning, growing, becoming wiser every single day. And finally, action — because nothing happens without movement.
But here’s the truth most people miss: once you understand the triangle, you still have to layer in consistency and time. That’s where the real magic happens.
If you want to build something big, this is your blueprint.
What if I told you the ultimate secret to success isn’t what most people are chasing?
There’s a story I come back to over and over — Solomon asked God for wisdom. Not riches. Not power. Not status. Wisdom. And because of that, everything else followed.
Here’s the truth: when you don’t have wisdom, you won’t sustain the things you think you want. Your value is directly tied to who you are becoming — and who you are becoming is shaped by what you’re learning.
You should always be on the hunt for wisdom. Always growing. Always stretching. Always becoming better.
Because the smarter you get, the more you learn, the more you expand — the better your life becomes.
If you want a really big life… you don’t just chase success.
You chase wisdom.
Better humans… we talked about the magic of the night, and now it’s time for the morning.
It’s time to rise and thrive. If you want to show up powerfully for your day, you have to start it with intention. You can’t just roll out of bed and expect greatness — you’ve got to set the tone before the world gets a hold of you.
In this episode, I’m sharing the simple morning routine that grounds me, centers me, and sets my perspective before the day even begins.Because when you start your day the right way… you don’t just wake up.
You rise — and you thrive.
If you want a better day tomorrow, it actually starts tonight.
I’ve been thinking a lot about how we set ourselves up for success before our feet even hit the floor in the morning. And I heard a young man say something that absolutely stuck with me: “Don’t have a good day… have a God day.” I LOVE that.
The truth is, the magic isn’t just in the morning routine — it’s in how you close out your day. In this episode, I’m sharing three simple practices that help you wind down, reflect, and prepare your mind and your heart for what’s ahead.
From dimming the lights and slowing your evening down, to washing the day away and getting ready for tomorrow, to ending your night with gratitude and prayer — these small habits can completely change how you wake up and how you show up.
Because when you prepare your night with intention, you wake up ready to live the day you were given.
2026 came in HOT. It was hectic. It was full. It was insane. And I loved every second of it.
I kicked off the year with my family and my CBH crew — dreaming big, casting vision, talking about the life we want to create instead of the life we’re waiting on.
2026 is the year to vision board, manifest, speaking things out loud, and stepping into the year like we meant it.
Because here’s the truth: you don’t stumble into the life you want. You build it. You declare it. You decide it.
This episode is about momentum, intention, vision boards, and creating a life you’re obsessed with!
Let’s go, beautiful humans. The year is just getting started.
Shut Up, Suit Up, Show Up
I heard a phrase recently that stopped me in my tracks. Three simple words from a gentleman who reminded me what real work, real joy, and real purpose actually look like. I won’t break it down here — you’ll have to listen to the episode to find out what that is!
What I will say is this: joy doesn’t come from sitting back or waiting for life to hand you something. Joy comes from working. From bringing your gifts, your energy, and your whole heart into what you do. When you show up fully, you’re serving others — and that’s why we’re here. That’s the work.
This episode is about responsibility, preparation, humility, and purpose. It’s about doing the job in front of you with excellence, not ego. No whining. No waiting. No showing off. Just showing up — fully — and serving the people around you.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, tired, or distracted, this one might be exactly what you need.
I’ve been holding this one close. There’s something I lean on every single day — in the good, the hard, the messy, the incredible. It’s the thing that steadies me, fuels me, and reminds me who I am!
But I will say this: everything that’s ever happened in my life — every win, every lesson, every detour — helped shape me. I give thanks for all of it. It’s part of my journey, part of my becoming.
One of my favorite habits? Starting and ending every day with the song Count Your Blessings.. It shifts me. It puts me exactly where I need to be. And before I talk to anyone, I bless them, I pray over them, I send them love — because that’s how I move through this world.
Because the world needs you. I’m grateful for everything — and I want you to be too!
It started with two words… and now I’m giving you THREE.
JOY. LAUGHTER. LOVE.
That’s the intention. That’s the vibe. That’s the whole assignment.
I was sitting in church and the message hit me right between the eyes: Our days should be spent in joy and in laughter.
So, naturally… I added LOVE.
Set your intention for the day.
Be the vibe you want in the room.
Because your greatest predictor of success? Your level of OPTIMISM.
Your personality creates your personal reality. So choose one filled with joy, laughter, and love.
I’m diving into Brad Jacobs’ book How to Make a Few Billion Dollars and wow… it’s rocking my world.
Here’s the gold: The 3 P’s—Peaceful, Polite, and Pleasant. Three simple words that, when you actually live them, will transform everything. Your outlook, your relationships, your culture, your work, your LIFE.
You know me—I’m obsessed with growth, with building the best culture, with surrounding myself with the best people. And these 3 P’s remind us that success isn’t a destination, it’s about staying positive, continuously learning, and showing up in a way that lifts everyone around you.
This one is packed with energy, wisdom, and real-life application. Buckle up—you’re going to love it.
