Body Peace is what we need when we need to overcome our body image issues. Making peace with who we are and how we look is extremely hard for some, including me. As women age, it gets even harder as society puts a lot of expectations on our looks and our age in general.
I had the pleasure to sit down with Nina Manolson and talk all about this Body Peace and I was enamored by her empathetic knowledge of the issues we face.

We talk about toxicity in our foods, in our environment, in our hair and skin products, in our household products and in our water, but we don't talk about the toxicity that is in our feminine products. This episode is truly eye opening, and frankly a bit disgusting on what is actually in our feminine products and the average consumer has no knowledge or even given the right to have that knowledge before purchasing.

Stress is inevitable in our lives and how it shows up is as inflammation in the body. Chronic stress along with  a poor diet, lack of exercise and lack of sleep will most certainly lead to death. It is that serious!

When I sat down to interview Hanna, it was as if I was talking to a mirror! We have similar beliefs and language in the health and wellness space, but she has so much more knowledge and was excited that she shared it with me and all of you!
