    1. Say 3 affirmations daily
    2. Be mindful of your self talk - What you think you are or aren’t you are right
    3. Journal
    4. Nourish your mind with these foods/supplements

       2. DHA also assists with communication between neurons and decreases inflammation, necessary for optimal brain health
