Running an up hill section of Glendenning trail, eight times with Ms.J.

Solo running on my favourite trails today in the early morning mist on P'Kols.

Our run today. 8x up our local 'Glory Zone'.
Norma and I ran an hour of hill repeats together.

A glorious crisp sunny early morning run on P'Kols (The Mountain of Joy).
The park and mountain have officially reverted to their ancestral Salish name.
I run up Irvine trail on the East side trails, then back down the South facing Glendenning trail back to Harvest Lane trailhead and home.

My early morning solo run around my neighbourhood.I actually managed to avoid the rain, and also avoided running in the forest of fun!

Solo Ebike ride in the rain to the pig farm to see what goodies were to be had.
I got there just as Frans was unloading the vegetables for his one remaining barrow hog.

I had to get this run in even though it was raining and had been raining all night. This proved to be a veritable “Slop Fest”. 👳🏾‍♂️
