Graeme is an old friend of mine, an ex-pat from the North of England, he has been totally blind since childhood and has managed to beat all those challenges. As a blind athlete he has excelled in weight lifting and has even tried swimming and diving!
He needs a guide to do his run training...This is where I, and a small, dedicated group of runners come in, He needs to hold my elbow when we run together.

One of the pitfalls of lots of trail running is the occasional 'tripping events' since Friday I have tripped twice and landed both times on the same hand! Scabs on scabs! No biggie...
I took it super easy today with Ms.J on our Sunday trail run on the mountain of joy!
