Morning trail run

Solo run in the cold forest this morning before the snow arrives and the sub zero temperatures for tomorrow.

Just a little Mid-Week 'shortie' for you today, running 12k on the rail/trail not too far from my fridge.

Riding downtown on the rail/trail to buy beer ingredients on a sunny but blustery morning.

Solo run on the glorious trails on PKOLS.

Derick has a stash of recordings we made eight years ago or so. I found these 'lost tapes' while searching Spreaker for Jackal related downloads. This is a gem, I'm not sure how I recorded this, I think it was a clip om lapel mike clipped onto my watch strap.
