The Shady Trails
Once more running with Norma in the Forest of fun. , Avg Cadence:63

Solo trail run from the beach, Sea level to 600' in 30 minutes. The run was 69 minutes total the audio recording around 28:XX.

Today I was due a 10k road run so I set off due West to take some photos with my new Nikon Coolpix A300 (pocket camera), very kindly gifted to me by Kristie, a long time running friend. I recorded a 28 minute Podcast episode for you today!

Had a few technical difficulties today, but nothing I couldn't fix in post production with some editing and levels balancing. One of my voice recorders was set up wrong and claimed that it was full!

Running in a different part of old Victoria. An original neighbourhood from the Victorian era, where a lot of the original settlers built their larger homes.
It is now being re-developed with new condos and small developments.

Running the trails on Mt.Doug is always fun, especially with Norma!
Today was no exception.

Solo run on the hilly trails on Mt.Douglas.

Solo blast up one of the steepest trails onto South Ridge trail. All the way up to the antenna summit, I came back on Glendenning trail to Harvest Lane.
