Ran out to see a flower sale but I changed my mind as it was indoors and they were all crowding around wearing masks.I was all sweated up from running there and wanted to keep going.Had it been outside I would have stuck around.As it was Ms.J was there with the car,She wanted to buy stuff, I didn't want to be tempted to take the ride home in the car!

An interesting run around the Bog on Mothers Day.

The early bird got cold today, I had to wait around for places to open!

When out for a Coastal Five Mile Run around Gordon Head today and actually saw three guys taking a dip!

Little Mt Doug Summit
I did it the hard way, up the steepest trail over the Meadows and then the 155m summit.
I came back the longer but easier route. (29:XX)

Day four of a ‘five day’ running streak. The biggest day was 13k shortest was 3k of hill repeats on Tuesday. I suspect tomorrow will be short and flat. Rain is coming tomorrow!
