Derick couldn't make it today he had a visit from his case manager, so I knew that John wanted to run, this meant riding the extra 1 mile to his place and start our run from there.
We had a good run, it's all about the run after all.John held one recorder I held the other.

A very pleasant run and chat with a 'virtual' friend, who now is an actual friend.Nice meeting her daughter Savannah, and Finn, the running hound!

I was due to run hill repeats today but I also needed to record a show. Knowing I wouldn't have too much air to spare, I chose something for us all to listen to.this theatrical piece is too good to edit...so you get a 44 minute intro.

Re-running our usual Sunday route at the raised bog in Saanich. Norma had her own recorder and we both managed to record some good clean audio.

Yet another trip to the Bog on our matching Ebikes.Norma and I rode the five kilometres, then ran five then rode back 15k.round trip.We had a good chat today.
