In this age of hate very often is anonymous but still causes the same harm if let in. Today I address hater culture both online and offline and offer ways to help deal with in a healthy and functional way.

 Often we find ourselves feeling lonely and generally unloved by those around us. I recently stumbled across a technique by which we can allow the love in without accepting the negativity. In this video I discuss how one can filter out negative statement made my family members/ those close to us and only feel the love! Hope it works for you!

 We often find ourselves trying to suppress/ repress our emotions instead of dealing with them. We often confuse the behavior we elicit in reaction to an emotion as uncontrollable. The truth of the matter is that our emotions are essential to survival and truly feeling them makes our life so much richer. Also we can always and should consciously choose our reactions and make them appropriate to the situation. We can never control/ suppress our emotions and neither should we even try. They leak out physically or verbally at the point of time. Suppressing emotions is equivalent to creating a ticking bomb.
