I like to ruffle feathers sometimes and I really like to call out BS when I see it. This is one of those episodes.

Life can feel so overwhelming at times, and while it's true that sometimes we should pair down, more often than not, a change of attitude and language is what we really need. Oh hey! So glad you found this episode. I've been doing this fitness thing for over 10 years now, and if there's anything I know for sure it's that EVERYTHING CHANGES. Your life will absolutely change over the course of the next few years and with that, your fitness and health will look different also. It's okay. It's normal. The thing that shouldn't change is your willingness to keep moving forward and move your body.
