Growing up in a big Italian family, alcohol was everywhere while Bri was growing up. From sips of wine from her parent’s glasses to beers while celebrating basketball games, Bri was raised to see alcohol as a fun way for adults to unwind and connect with each other.
When Bri became a mom herself, she began to understand her own mother’s nightly drink, and gradually Mommy Wine Culture became central to her life. Yet, what seemed like a carefree, easy and glamorous approach to being a mom wasn’t all it was cracked up to be.
One night, a lightbulb went off in her mind. She took a sip of wine, noticed it’s gross taste, and she felt deeply what she was doing to her body. Right then and there, she stopped drinking for good.
Tune in for Bri’s story, with a sprinkle of Bravo gossip, in this week’s episode!
