college was a really rough time in my life because i was in my sad era and didn't have the tools to get out of my sad cycle to start loving life again. i wouldn't say life is necessarily easier now, but i have learned so much over the years and now i have the tools to love life and feel so much joy waking up each day. hope this episode helps you to love life a little more too.
