One of the biggest things we forget about getting dressed during weight loss is that there are actually three different stages of weight loss and with those stages, three different strategies for shopping. In this episode I’m covering:
No matter where you are on your weight loss journey, there’s something in this conversation for you (including if you haven’t lost a single pound but you’re thinking about trying it).

One of the most unique aspects of Sara and her work is the depth of her devotion to yoga not simply as a form of exercise but as a way of life. In today’s episode, I’m sharing my personal journey and struggle with being visible and five things that have helped me become more comfortable with being visible so I could grow my brand and business. If you tell yourself that you’re just someone who does better “behind the scenes”, this episode is for you. If you know you need to put yourself and your business out there more but feel anxious or hesitant, I’m sharing some ways to shift your mindset so you can increase your confidence and grow your brand and business.
Tune in to hear more about each of these five tips:
Tip 1: How to uncover the conscious and unconscious stories about visibility from your past that are holding you back today (even and especially the beliefs that don’t seem to have anything to do with your business or work)
Tip 2: How to find the necessary balance between pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and not exhausting and depleting yourself in ways that won’t help your business or brand
Tip 3: Why it is critical to surround yourself with people who get what it’s like to be visible in the ways you want to be and who you need to stop asking for advice (and validation) immediately
Tip 4: How to use your clothes to make stepping into your visibility more fun and something to look forward to
Tip 5: The pep talk you can give yourself when you feel like hiding and not putting yourself out there
If these tips resonated with you, I’d love to hear which ones you are going to put into action so send me DM or email and let me know!

In today’s episode of the podcast, I’m chatting with my friend and master coach Lisa Carpenter about how we are (or aren’t) getting dressed during COVID-19 pandemic and the impact of that on our moods. This conversation was part of a guest series in Lisa’s group program, Weight Loss From Within so we touch on topics like the connection between how we approach what we wear and what we eat, how to know when you’ve crossed the threshold from comfort to numbing in what you wear and with what you eat, and the steps you can take to dress your body with love and care even if you're trying to change your weight. This episode is jam-packed and very honest. You don’t want to miss it!

In today’s episode, I’m sharing some tips for dressing for speaking engagements. This is one of the MOST requested topics I get on Instagram so I hope this answers your questions. Listen in to hear the difference and how you can leverage your wardrobe to make an unforgettable impression at your next talk or presentation.
In this episode I cover:
-The key differences to keep in mind when dressing for speaking events on a stage and more intimate group settings like a presentation or a networking event.

-The exact outfit details will help you be memorable at smaller, more intimate speaking events like book signings or networking presentations.
-What to be thinking about when it comes to dressing for your personal brand and preparing for your next public speaking event.
-What you need to ask about the venue you will be speaking in to ensure you don’t blend in with your surroundings, making your message less memorable to your audience.

I’m exploring just that in this episode with my guest, Elle Darcy. Elle is on a mission to help women to show up like they mean business. She does that by working with her clients to create magnetic brand photography that leverages their online presence and embodies their complete brand story. As you’ll hear in this episode, Elle is truly gifted at helping her clients tell every part of their brand story so they can capture the attention of their dream clients.
