Even in committed relationships where it´s containment allows for boundaries to be set by default there can be a challenge for openness because of women´s cultural upbringing as caregivers.

Meaning we care less about our pleasure and more about giving pleasure to the other. And then we women get resented and and manipulative on making the other guilty of our own dissatisfaction to try to manipulate the other one, to become interested on giving us pleasure. That´s why it´s so important to allow ourselves to receive love and care. And to become more open to to receive the gaze of the men, the the penetrating presence of the men which can be daunting at first.

Receiving as a woman instead of caregiving is key because mothering the guy will surely kill polarity. Receiving done by opening to his support and to him witnessing my pleasure. Which gives men a tremendous pleasure because being receptive as a woman to be receptive gives the men the opportunity to be the giver. So then receptivity has an active component that is a active component of I am opening these doors of the paradise. And this this opening is the being able with open arms and hands facing forward to receive him. So receiving is a way to give when this polarity interchange is happening.

🔥 How To Achieve A True Intimate Connection And Union

Uma says, that first the man has to learn to lose the fear of the intensity of the woman, otherwise the woman would not explode what should come out. Secondly, to understand that it´s not the man that gives the orgasm to the woman but the woman that gives it to herself.

a beautiful thing is that the woman gives a love through the breasts and receives the love through the genitals. And then the woman regenerates and bring the circle of love into the man, which is where the man learn love again because that same love they had it since they were born. But if there is an interruption, then the circle of life cannot complete.

🔥 How Did Persistent Growth Began

Michael Landau says, persistent growth came up with a pandemic when I already left university stopped, quit my professional career as a musician, decided to dedicate myself as a Feldenkrais Practitioner, which means that I worked with movement, with mindful movement.

Feldenkrais helped me a lot in surviving and thriving as a pianist, like, organizing myself in a way that that works well and where I don't harm myself, which happens a lot.

🔥 Why Does Persistent Growth Works

It works very well because it works with verbal instructions. So you don't really have to see the screen. You can lie on the floor and do the class, but you need some peace of mind, some peace and quiet, like, close the door and leave the world outside.

🔥 Why Persistent Growth 3 minute Scope Is Ideal

Online, this is ideal. Michael thought, Why don't I make it really as short as possible so that the concentration span can hold it? In this very stressful situation where people can, just switch in for a short moment to explore them themselves in movement, but do it every day. So this was, um, this was the general idea, and I trying it with my students and with myself, just try reduce it to the minimal viable period of time where something small happens. And I found out just by trying that 3 minutes is it. It works. So in 3 minutes, where where you can really put, uh, click the pause button on on daily life on the stress, it's possible to do it for 3 minutes for most people and do it regularly, like, every day.

🔥 How Persistent Growth Helps You Even If You Don´t Feel Like Doing It

I found it very, very useful and very effective of course, the idea is not to replace Feldenkrais or replace exercise and just do 3 minutes a day and then sit on your butt the rest of your of the day. This is not the idea.

The idea is to create kind of a basis of, um, of mindfulness, mindfulness in movement, which is what we do, and, uh, and make it a habit. Do it regularly and try to to really stick with it even when you're stressed, even when you're in a hurry, even when you're when you don't feel like it. And when you when it's only 3 minutes, it's it's quite possible. It's quite possible. Even if you don't feel like it.

Michael Landau was a professional pianist and university professor for over 30 years. He has also been a Feldenkrais practitioner since 1994, after graduating from the first Jerusalem training. His work with Mindful Movement is enriched by his lifelong engagement with performing artists; it emphasizes self-care and creativity. He claims that the Feldenkrais Method® has allowed him to survive and thrive in the long daily hours at the piano. During the pandemic, as he was forced to move his classes online, Michael has designed an online course of short daily Mindful Movement practices that helps his students create the habit of daily conscious movement. A pioneer in connecting and building bridges among distinct therapeutic disciplines, Bibiana searches for an inter-disciplinary dialogue through health which can be accessible to everyone.In order to understand the functioning of people in a more holistic way, she has completed her training in different NLP disciplines, Mindfulness, Experiential Anatomy and EFC Somatic Coaching.Since 1998 she has worked with Swedish companies, mainly with rheumatic patients in retreats programs in her hometown, and since 2002 with Swedish consultants and psychologists including Hagalivscenter where she applies her body intelligence program to people suffering from stress, depression, burnout syndrome and running programs for corporate creating healthier companies. the results of this activity culminated in a presentation at Harvard University at the Brain, Movement and Cognition congress in 2018.She is a consultant for ABLE, a Swedish health and personal development Foundation. Her co-author book “The Mandala of a mindful life” will be published within the next few months about this work.Founder (2012) of the International Bodywisdom Spain Congress.She is part of the board of directors of the American Association ISMETA. Graduated in Leader as Coach: Coaching as a Leadership Approach, mindset and process of Columbia University.
