The second reboot of this beloved franchise doesn’t really do justice to original or even the previous instalment. Its only saving grace is the charisma shared by the ensemble cast and the odd satisfying action scene. Unfortunately, if we were giving away awards for terrible writing, this movie would win every single one of them.

It took 20 years for 20th Century to dust off the Predator franchise after the gigantic misstep that was Predator 2. The only question we have after watching this movie is “why didn’t they do it sooner?”
