  • Birthing a New Earth with Ama Loryn Fujinami

In today's episode I share my juicy conversation with my dear friend and sister, Ama Loryn Fujinami. Ama is an artist and educator with formal training in couples and family counseling as well as spiritual lineages in Taoism, Tantric Jyotish (Vedic astrology), and Germanic Healing Knowledge. She desires to bring the biological wisdom of our bodies to the forefront so that people can experience truly nourishing relationships and a fruitful life. She uses her practice of astrology to offer a wider perspective of the meaning of human life and our potential to be conscious creators of reality.

In this episode we get into:

    • Healing the long-term impacts of the divorce wound and fractured family units
    • The biological definition of “territory”, how it is experienced differently by men and women, and how it impacts our relationships
    • Motherhood as a process of biological and spiritual maturation and individuation
    • Our shared process of unlearning hyper-independent Girl Boss™ feminism and healing our relationships with men
    • Keeping the sexual polarity alive in long-term relationships and parenthood journeys
    • The devaluation of feminine labor and the never-ending work of mothering

    • The feminine libido as a sacred tool of protection medicine
    • The spiritual discernment required when choosing a man for long-term partnership and fatherhood
    • The gift and responsibility of FEMININE HONESTY when moving into partnership and a motherhood journey
    • The birthing and mothering of creative projects as a divine feminine gift + calling in a male partner who fully supports the feminine artist path
    • Health sovereignty and reclaiming your wellness outside the confines of an institutional authority

May this episode bring you deeper into your own sacred expression of your biological truth and your heart's desire

  • The Damages of Uninitiated Adult Sexuality with Christina Willis

In today's episode I share my juicy, nuanced, and enlightening conversation with Christina Willis. Christina Willis is an Ancestral Astrologer who uses both the Kemetic and Sidereal zodiacs. Her work centers indigenous African cosmology and astronomy frameworks specifically from the Dogon, Kemetic, and Dagara lineages of west and north Africa, as well as the Jyotish tradition of India. Christina uses astrology to “un-gaslight” the citizens of the earth and confirm that “yes, your mom was really like that!”

In this episode we get into:

    • The karmic contract that she took on in this lifetime to be as FREE as possible and to create even more FREEDOM for the future generations
    • How she interweaves indigenous African astrology and cosmology with Vedic teachings of the sidereal zodiac
    • All of the astrolo-tea about what has been going on in the stars over the past few months and how it all impacts our relationships, spiritual purpose, and dharmic path in this life
    • How our ancestors would not recognize the way that we currently relate in our romantic and sexual dynamics
    • The lack of spiritual and sexual initiation processes in our modern culture and the collective damage that it has created
    • Questioning the role and purpose of “romance” in committed partnerships that are based upon shared a spiritual path
    • What a healthy and intact version of sexual education would ACTUALLY entail
    • The conscious use of sexuality as a means to connect more deeply with God
    • How we can move into higher levels of sexual and spiritual maturation and collectively grow up as a culture

    Enjoy!

  • The Untapped Potential of the Feminine with Kasia Stiggelbout

In today's episode I share my conversation with modern mystic, Kasia Stigglebout. Kasia is the founder of In Flow, a wellness brand helping women reconnect with their feminine rhythm through cyclical living. A former tech leader at Microsoft and TEDxSF, she now bridges ancient wisdom with modern wellness to help women unlock creativity without burnout. She also hosts The Other Way podcast, where she explores unconventional paths in work, health, and spirituality.

In this episode we get into:

    • The lack of ancestral connection that people of European descendent experience and the pain that we carry due to this lack of lineage continuity

    • The burnout that led Kasia into a life-changing transition from a decade-long highly “successful” career in tech into her studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine
    • The impacts of the Industrial Revolution on the fabric of family culture and women’s reproductive health
    • The unrealistic and biologically incoherent pressure for women to cram career, marriage, and the creation of a family into the same 15 year period

  • Extended Episode: Yin/Yang vs. Masculine/Feminine vs. Male/Female

In this extended episode we talk about how we all experience and embody yin and yang energies and the distortions (aka toxic masculine + feminine) that prevent us from being able to express these energies in a clean and reverent way.

Qiddist and I both share about how we realigned with the realities of biological sex after exploring alternative gender identities and dogmatic gender rigidity that exist within some lineages of radical feminism.

Qiddist seamlessly interweaves various schools of thought together in order to create spaciousness, play, and liberation in our ways of relating with ourselves and one another. Enjoy!

  • Midwifing Liberation with Qiddist Ashé

In this week's episode I am honored to share my conversation with one of my teachers, Qiddist Ashé. Qiddist is a traditional midwife, alchemy educator, teacher of inside-out liberation, and co-founder of The Holy Well (previously known as The Womb Room). With a decade of experience in the world of female health and spiritual formation, she takes a deeply relational approach to facilitating transformation in bodymind, spirit, and the world. Her work is in service to the knowing that women in their aliveness create more liberation in the world.

In this episode we get into:

    • The many lives, selves, and gifts that she embodies in this current lifetime as a medicine woman, educator, and farmer
    • How Black speculative fiction informs her current work as a midwife, women’s health care practitioner, and land steward
    • The true meaning of the word “APOCALYPSE” and the creative potential that exists when the world as we know it burns to the ground
    • The audacious stance that freedom, joy, play, curiosity, and liberation are available to us at all times
    • Antinatalist rhetoric within the environmental movement that blocks women’s ability to envision a future family through means of guilting, shaming, and degrading the sacred role of motherhood
    • The contrast between the environmental movement of the Global North and the land/water protection and stewardship of traditional indigenous peoples
    • How her work with the Black Oregon Land Trust that aims to reweave the inherent and beautifully necessary RELATIONSHIP between humans, animals, plants, and waterways
    • The eugenicist methods of forced contraceptives that are still used—to this day—to control the populations of Black, Brown, Indigenous, Asian, poor White, and immigrant communities
    • The “existential okay-ness” that is required by an authentic midwife and medicine woman in order to walk alongside women through any experience that they are having in their lives
    • The ceremonial work of midwifery and how we can revitalize the power of ritual and prayer in our health care offerings + practices

May this episode bring you as much joy and inspiration as it did to me!
