Monique Bastinck is a life design coach with over 30 years experience. 

She has been a passionate and dedicated coach in the field of personal leadership and organizational development for over 30 years.

With a wealth of experience in senior management and executive roles, she made a bold move in 2014.

Listening to her heart, she opted for more freedom and started her own business, where she blended her love for coaching with challenging interim assignments.

In 2017, her life was profoundly shaken by two significant events. These moments prompted her to contemplate what she truly wanted in life. Alongside her husband, who shares her deep affection for Mallorca, they decided that this sun-soaked island was the ideal place to shape their future. Since then, she divides her time between Mallorca and the Netherlands, spending 50% of the year in both countries for both residence and work.

With an open and warm approach and an inexhaustible passion for her work, she continuously challenges herself to grow and extract the best from her life. Her story serves as a wellspring of inspiration for others to carve their own paths, choosing the route that brings them the most happiness and fulfillment.

One of my clients has a brick and mortar practice and hires freelancers to help her in her business.
