Bhavana has a Master's degree in Computer Science but decided to move into the HR space early on in her career. She started her HR journey by being a part of the talent hunt team and has over 8 years of experience. She has also had the opportunity to work with firms on consulting assignments ranging from behavior analysis to individual performance development modules.
