Today’s episode of The Shape of Work podcast features Ritushree Panigrahi, DE&I Lead at Outcast Collective. Ritushree has an overall work experience of 13 years. She did her Master of Laws from The ICFAI University Tripura and her HR Certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. She is India’s first transgender women stand-up comedian. She worked as an Independent Consultant for most of her working year and later joined UNGENDER as DE&I lead.
