Thanksgiving is a time to be grateful and spend time with your family but what is it like for people in prison? Shawn Robert Johnson is currently incarcerated in New Jersey State Prison serving a 60 year sentence. Today he's here to let you know how he'll spend his 17th Thanksgiving in prison.

Rosalynn Carter, although not a lawyer, used her influential positions to confront injustices rooted in the racist Jim Crow system during her husband's political rise. One poignant case was that of Mary Prince Fitzpatrick, who served as the White House nanny for the Carters' daughter despite carrying a felony murder conviction. The Carters believed in Fitzpatrick's wrongful conviction and steadfastly supported her until she was eventually exonerated.
