The show growing committee meet for the first time in 2024 to discuss the year of podcast domination ahead. It's slow progress, as Joe once again bemoans the lack of a neon sign for the show, and he's starting to worry that producer Ryan is letting power go to his head. There is however some good news as well - billboard in Leicester Square anyone? Our guest this week is Sophie Darlington, who might just have the best job in the world. She is a wildlife cinematographer, and has worked on pretty much every massive nature and David Attenborough documentary you can think of. She has filmed incredible species in their natural habitats, including lions, penguins, bears and killer whales. She has seen incredible things, but we also learn about the unglamorous sides of the job, including being stuck in a hide for 27 hours with no toilet, and having to eat frozen cucumber sandwiches whilst not getting trampled by elephants.

He tells us about the pranks you used to be able to pull before Ring doorbells came along, the worst smelling items he's ever experienced, and about the weird things he's found in peoples rubbish.
