From growing up in Oklahoma, to playing collegiate basketball, to now the President of Baylor University, sports has always been a huge part of Linda Livingstone's life. And still to this day, you would be hard pressed finding bigger fans at Baylor sporting events than President Livingstone and her husband Brad. President Livingstone is a dynamic leader both here at Baylor, and in the Big12 conference; a Christian, a mother, a daughter, a strong advocate for women in sports, and is proud to be Baylor University's 15th President.
When graduate transfer RayJ Dennis stepped foot on Baylor's campus in the summer of 2023, he knew he had found a new home. After being born with a club foot and spending the first 2 years of his life in leg casts, RayJ knows what it means to face and overcome true adversity. Now as a key starter for the nationally ranked Baylor Bears, RayJ wants to continue to defy the odds and accomplish even more.
Every great team needs a leader, and that's what Sarah Andrews is for Baylor Women's Basketball. From the time she was just 4-years-old, to being a top high school recruit in the country, Sarah Andrews has never been afraid of the competition on the court. Now, in her senior season, Sarah couldn't be more focused on the task at hand. Sarah Andrews is a winner, a leader, one of the most dangerous scorers in the country, and is the engine that makes Baylor Women's Basketball go.
There are few better stories in college basketball over the past 2 decades than that of Scott Drew and the Baylor Men's Basketball program. From coaching his brothers and sisters at a young age, to taking over a Baylor program that had not seen postseason play in nearly two decades, Coach Drew has yet to find a challenge too grand to take on. Now, after 21 years and taking Baylor to heights that few programs have been, there is still work to be done. Scott Drew is a father and a husband, a devout Christian, a 3-time Big 12 coach of the year, a national champion, and is proud to be the Head Men's Basketball Coach at Baylor University.
Women's Basketball at Baylor University has seen tremendous success over the years, and thanks to Head Coach Nicki Collen, it feels as if that level of success is going to continue for a long time. In her first 2 years at Baylor, Coach Nicki has led the program to back-to-back 20-plus win seasons, back-to-back NCAA tournament appearances, and already has a Big 12 title under her belt. Now, in year 3, all of the pieces are coming together. Nicki Collen is a mother, a former WNBA coach of the year, a relentless competitor, and is proud to be the head women's basketball coach at Baylor University.
