After a week long hiatus whilst I was snowboarding we are back for episode 44 which reviews the 2019 English Championships, talks about Emily Campbell's record breaking performance and answers a few questions sent in by listeners.

In our first Episode of 2019 we discuss some of the bizarre things USADA have been up to recently, why Russia have missed several WADA deadlines and preview the upcoming English Championships.
