5. Write everything down to get a better idea of what is wrong to get to the root problem

6. Sit outside, stretch, exercise to release any built up energy that feels stuck
7. Pray and let go of negativity

8. Distract yourself with something wholesome and motivating: Friends, Family, TV, Youtube, read or listen to a book, listen to a podcast, and scripting!

Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my first official episode. I felt a need to record this podcast because I recently felt the same way. I really wanted a quick fix but I didn't know where to start. I'm sure I am not the only one who has ever felt this way. I made it my goal from this situation to figure out what would make me feel better RIGHT NOW. I fleshed out everything I did and this is what personally worked for me. Take what resonates and I promise when you listen to your heart, body, and mind you're doing everything you're supposed to. Just a reminder that where you are is where you're meant to be. You're special and pretty and full of life. You're here for a bigger and better reason than you can ever imagine. It's hard to get that quick fix, however, practicing and exercising this will cultivate a strong love for yourself and for life without an emotional attachment to it.
