The Skill of ACCEPTANCE and why it is SO important to develop – Karl Morris
Why you will always fall short of your true capability without this skill
Thanks for joining me on today's Brain Booster which is a solo run from me. I wanted to take the opportunity to bring together some of the key concepts from the previous months and some of the recent guests.

At the heart of so much of what we have been discussing is the SKILL of acceptance.
If we are not willing to be ok with the variability of potential outcomes the game can throw at us then we will always be at less than our best.
Acceptance is NOT resignation. We are not trying to pretend to be happy after a bad shot or a missed putt but we ARE willing to deal with the reality and move on
So many people are sold the idea that this swing fix or this 'secret' will PROTECT them from a poor outcome yet in reality NOTHING will ever protect us from the need to develop a robust relationship to undesired outcomes
