The Slack Doctors

We're back after a full week and Dr. Chip wants to do a MST3K style movie reaction video. The gang talks movies and way too much about rain. Producer Dean-o is back on the radio in North Carolina. A quick Iran War update and Britain's involvement. Is Saudi Arabia joinig the nuclear age? Guess the SAVE Act passed, with an Israeli commitment clause tacked on. Did Ross Perot change elections? Can you be pulled over for a "buddy's" speeding offence? This guy shoots an officer and walks frree, there were not really any good guys involved i the entire incident. We watch a terrible A.I. video involving a cop and an undercover FBI agent posing as a homeless person. An auditor presses a guy who probably stares at goats. Dr. Bob shows everyone his father's doppleganger on the bongos.Witness the cheeseburger casserole from hell.

The Docs are joined by today's guest Paul Miuccio. The gang cateches up on everybody's weekend. Dr. Bob is definitely not a Disney adult. Dr. Bob both endorses and recaps an episode pf It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. Dean-o spent fifteen years in Orlando, worse than a prison sentence! We quiz our guest on what it was like to have a cop dad. Dr. Bob tells some schoolday stories ( he was always an asshole). Dean-o tells us some highlights from his time on the force, riot control and searching a trailer. Going from law enforcement to radio and game show announcer is quite the career shift. Dr. Chip's weekend was a "cat"astrophe. Is Bieber the new face of MAGA? Dr. Chip presents a thought experiment set during the height of American slavery. Dr. Chip gives us a Tyler Robinson update. The Docs fly solo today as technical issues deprive us of Dean-o. Dr. Bob's shares a short rant about Publix deli procedures. The Docs discuss J.D. Vance's recent appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast, Jordan Peterson's rather odd fanbase, and Candace Owens wrecking marriages on X. Dr. Chip is not a fan of air shows. Has the US wasted its military on the wrong approach? Why advertise an airport? We watch a snarky game warden who really likes his work. Contender for asshole of the year wants those kids off his lawn (and in jail!).Some trouble at the dispensary and the salon (same lady?). The duo that would maybe have been great, Varney and Williams. Dr. Chip proposes a game that will have no winners (we apologize to everyone for this). Both Docs read tweets from Japanese visitors to America. Watch the most unhinged car salesman in history, did this ever air on real tv? 

Three old guys (us) complain about the heat and start the show solemnly sharing stories of ailing relatives. Dr. Chip shares his thoughts on Tyler Robinson's pre-trial discoveries. Bullet fragments, Tai's (friend of the show) drone theory, and general lack of physical hard evidence. Is Candace Owens officially Queen of X or is it just Dr. Chip's algorithm? Dr. Bob doesn't like interacting with social media (except for YouTube). A.I. is somehow making political ads even worse in Michigan and "Varmont". When is it too late to order from a place? Creepy skin masks on Fox news is just normal now? Dr. Bob shares a rant that puts his to shame, a true master of rage and wit. Watching Methany break it down at the intersection leads to talk of CB radios. Billy Buttcrack, professional idiot with chunky peanut butter sunscreen. Judge Fleischer being the good guy again. 

We're all remote again, from Florida to North Carolina. After catching up Dr, Chip gives us an update on the Tyler Robinson trial and it's "mountain of evidence". What footage did they show the court? Mitch looks a little too good in his "recent" photo. Dr. Chip had a date (sounds hot and rainy).The Docs talk about Vance's recent appearance on Joe Rogan and how cooked we are. Who would really be at the top of Iran's list? When is too soon to learn how to ride? We see a bronzed biker living his best life (comments do not disappoint). Two different approaches to traffic, two different bikes. The gang reconvenes after an afternoon studio attempt went awry. Dr. Chip will probably never get back on Facebook. Dino has some minor flooding, and Dr. Chip's houseguest makes an appearance. The Docs watch a clip of an auditor in Texas schooling local law enforcement on state statutes. When are you required to show identification? We see a classic Dragnet scene that predicted the future nicely. See another list of things you should definitely "not" do. One of Dr. Bob's favorite Youtubers destroys an evil A.I. scam bot. Home defense as our founding fathers would have approved. Could you survive the Trump diet? (is it more dangerous than drinking like Churchill?)

Big shoutout to our social media manager Alison, as we are officially everywhere now. We watch some scandalous video clips with a running theme of fear. Some jobs are scary and not suited for just anybody. Don't be a delivery driver if you are scared of dogs, and don't be a cop if you are scared of people. Also, don't harass somebody who's pointing a gun at you. Birthright citizenship seems like a pretty good standard to us. How about a Price is Right gubernatorial contest? Punkin, friend of the show. Why would you place a camera there? Can you imagine having dinner with this guy? Now that's a proposal she will never forget. Better than factory AC? Illegal consumption of Taco Bell (honestly it probably should be illegal to eat it). Never try to ticket a Mormon with DUI.

The gang complain about heat and traffic in grumpy old man fashion. We get a Dr. Chip flashback from ten years ago with Ha$htag, and the tale of the missing bass. A quick update on Dr. Chip's X status (jail, parole, probation?). Dr. Bob points out some hypocrisy regarding YouTube's ads vs content (ours). The Docs read some fresh comments. Did this guy throw the play? (Kalshi is ruining everything). The Docs watch a really cool reenactment and do a brief history dive into early America. Robber barons never really went away. We show a clip from a miserable EV road trip to trigger Dino. Erika Kirk's morbid photo op gets revisited. Dr. Chip gives Dr. Bob an impromptu reading test. A neighborhood hater sets up in his yard with snacks and a phone. We watch some celebrities being angry and playing the victim. An extreme version of couch surfing provided by Dino. Not everyone should have a chainsaw.

A rare appearance by Dr. Bob in studio. Dr. Bob ruined our lunch date for everyone, even if the bar was kinda cool. An odd barhop conversation leads to the Docs swapping Key West stories. Did Israel just imply that they might have nukes? (doesn't everybody think they do?). Dunning-Kruger effect on display, why is it always physicists? The whole gang moans about the heat. Dr. Bob hits the buffet and shares some local Gainesville stories, rants include paper straws, haircuts, and soccer. The Docs talk about the war and possible peace via greed (not if you threaten the negotiators). We review some new and improved keyboards. Church looks different now. We see a DIY hybrid idea. The Tartan Army drinks Boston dry, Miami is next. Who else remembers " That's Incredible" and " Real People "? Dave Reubens doesn't look too scared. We compare collecting to hoarding.
