Mental health is a topic that for some reason is not spoken about enough. I know the reason, because the people most affected by mental health issues do not feel comfortable speaking about them. Well this episode is to show you all that you are not alone, there’s millions like us. Mental issues are nothing to be ashamed of and when more speak up the stronger we get. The more information we can draw from people suffering with these issues, the better equipped we are to deal with them. These issues all stem from hereditation, environment and upbringing in our earliest years of life. I felt great after recording this episode and I hope you all find some value in it.
