The Sobering

A beautiful and turbulent journey experienced across multiple continents, and all expressed through majestic melodies; that ladies and gentleman is Filah Lah Lah's story. If we tried to tell it on our own, you'd call cap. Luckily, we got here to tell it herself. Starting with her childhood in the states, falling in love with music and many other things in between. This is all as we prepare for her album 'On Air', tap in and let's rock.

Live and effect from the jungle and Spotify had us refreshed with some Freshly Squeezed juice at The Bacardi Holiday Club. Being that the theme was Copacabana for the year, it only felt right to have the man who has been part of that movement in SA for many years. You might have heard him on the decks somewhere in JHB or in Brazil or on your radio, but you've definitely heard him play, ladies and gents Tha Muzik.

It's chop ting going on here, you now what that's about. It was a rather slow two weeks for events on our end, but we still hit some joints. We did have nice shoes on, though. We also got into some new music, we also had a big chat about what new artist should be doing and discussed our role in their journeys. It's nice chop ting to catch up with y'all, vibe in and let's rock.

Sober Soldiers get in line, we're back with another Chop Session. This time around we extended an invite to the avid music nerd that is Deniece Marz to come guest co-host with us on this one. Sheeeessshh, the events segment alone on this one could be an episode on its own. But, this is us, we couldn't just give you a recollection of our outings and leave it at that. We also tapped into the new music that came out since you last heard from us, a couple of debates and a lot of shout outs as per usual. Press play and enjoy!
