Charnelle Bjelkengren being unaware of even the basic contours of the Constitution is like an NFL player being unaware of the length of the field and the number of downs a team is allotted to travel 10 yards toward the end zone of their opponent. Charnelle Bjelkengren is black and that is all that matters to the racial-equity-theorists.

Merrick Garland is white. Merrick Garland is wealthy. Merrick Garland is mentally slow under questioning. Merrick Garland is ineffective in communication. Merrick Garland is easily bullied into bullying others. Merrick Garland is stymied by simple concepts like equal treatment under the law. Merrick Garland is afraid to enforce any laws that might anger The Party. Merrick Garland is a supposed victim of Trump willing to do anything to maintain his Peter Principle Perch and that is all that matters to the the people who run Joe Biden.
