A lot of us have been conditioned to believe that resting is a waste of time and that we should push through tiredness and exhaustion as much as we can. However, once you start going deeper into energy work and inner work, your need for rest might become stronger. 

Feeling extremely exhausted and tired after energy work sessions is very common and actually taking the time to rest and recalibrate is an incredibly important part of the integration process. If you don’t take the time to rest, you’ll postpone the integration of your healing & activation.

A lot of people think that soul alignment should feel easy. That it should come with a lot of ease and flow and if it feels difficult, it’s because it’s not aligned. 

In this episode, I’m sharing why I don’t believe that this is true and that in order to find soul alignment, you need to learn how to do difficult and challenging things and sit with discomfort over and over again.
