Today on The Soul Frequency I wanted to revisit a really inspiring conversation I had with the lovely Mary Morrissey from a couple of years ago. I think we are always in need of a little reminder that with the right thought patterns our dreams can become realities, which is why I wanted to re-share this episode.

For the past forty years Mary has been studying, applying and then coaching thousands of people worldwide on how to transform their businesses and personal lives. Her program, DreamBuilder, teaches people the art and science of creating their dreams. In her work she discusses frequency and how to shift your energy to attract the things you desire into your life.

We start this conversation with a beautiful story about a major turning point in Mary’s life and how she was first introduced to soul frequency. Mary then talks us through how we can achieve new heights of meaning, purpose, aliveness, and authentic success, by reframing our thinking. This has been such a powerful year of expansion for all of us, and for me too. If you have listened to the last few episodes, you will know I have been downloading something unknown but immensely powerful from my spirit guides. I knew it would be a ceremony-type thing, but I wasn’t exactly sure how it would take form. I knew I had to have faith and trust in the process and invite whoever was called to it along with me. Today on The Soul Frequency I revisited a very impactful conversation I had a couple of years ago with the incredible Marisa Peer. There was much going on in the world at the time of our talk, but what Marisa has to say is so timeless, I feel it’s just as important today as it was then. I wanted to reshare it as I think we could all benefit from it.

Marisa is the creator of the multi-award-winning, Rapid Transformational Therapy; a therapy that doesn’t take months, or years, but instead focuses on fixing the root of the problem rapidly. She has trained RTT practitioners all around the world in order to help others overcome their hurt. She is an author, motivational speaker, personal development expert and leading celebrity therapist.

In this conversation, we talk about the power our mind has over our lives. Marisa talks us through her years as a therapist and tells us about the hurt people feel, the main reasons for it, and how to overcome it. Right now we are all learning how to dance to our own rhythms. Today on The Soul Frequency I sat down with coach, conscious entrepreneur and energy healer, Philipp Samor von Holtzendorff-Fehling, to learn more about quantum energy and its value in our lives. Philipp had a successful international business career for years while he embarked on his spiritual awakening. While on this journey he worked through blockages and barriers that prevented him from connecting to his true self. Sometimes we question things in our life like, “why am I doing this” or “why do I always say these things” and we ask ourselves these questions so much that this angst becomes comfortable. We become comfortable feeling unhappy and unfulfilled because it is familiar to us. If I asked you if you were ready to let go of the angst in your life you would probably say yes. If I asked if you were ready to let go of the things that feel comfortable to you, your answer may not be as absolute. Today we are deep diving into committing to courage and putting an end to this comfortable angst. It is time to clear the path, clear the patterns, start being creative and courageous, and start living your truth.

I have always felt so connected to the children of our world. A lot of what we do here at The Soul Frequency is about healing our inner child, or working on ways to connect more to our own children, so I am extremely passionate about today’s episode. I can’t think of a more important topic for us to educate ourselves on.

Jan is the founder and president of Paving the Way, a foundation dedicated to disrupting the cycle of child trafficking through educational and training programs. Paving the Way has educated over 16,000 youth and adults over the last four years.

Jan is also the writer, co-director and producer of the award winning film, Trapped in the Trade, which is based on a true story of children recruiting other children into sex trafficking. In today’s conversation we discuss Jan’s journey into the amazing work she does, how to approach your children about their online activity and whether they are being groomed, the types of messages predators send, and finally, how your children can help their peers.

This week’s episode of The Soul Frequency is all about receiving and connecting with your cosmic lineage. I mentioned in last week’s episode how one day in March I had to lie down and receive a frequency that is not yet on planet earth.
