What better way to enter the final month of the year than to talk about intuitive manifestation? If you are interested in manifestation, it is important to consider how your emotions and your intuition play a role. So, I am excited to have my guest, Brigid Esselmont, back on the show this week.
Brigit is an intuitive entrepreneur and best-selling author of Everyday Tarot. She is also the founder of Biddy Tarot, a seven-figure business that has empowered millions of people worldwide to trust their intuition and access their inner power. Her mission is to bring tarot into the mainstream as an intuitive tool for purpose-driven individuals, helping them live life to their fullest potential – no crystal ball required. With over a decade of experience in business, she is a master practitioner in NLP and hypnosis.
In this conversation, we discuss Brigit’s journey into her tarot and manifestation work. We discuss Brigit’s manifestation practice and how she manifested her future. She tells us about the four steps of manifesting, including the importance of embodying what you want to manifest. We then learn about her favorite card, The High Priestess, before closing with a conversation on Brigit’s new book – Intuitive Manifesting.
Thanks so much for listening, and I’ll see you here next week.

There is so much we can learn about how to move energy, feel connected, and feel like we belong here on Earth as sensitive beings. Today’s episode of The Soul Frequency is all about healing our bodies, minds, and traumas through movement.
So, who better to learn from than the wonderful Judith Blackstone? Judith is the founder of The Realization Process, a method of embodied, psychological, and relational healing. The Realization Process uses nondual spiritual awakening and includes practices for stabilizing and healing from trauma. Judith is an author who teaches workshops and teacher certificate training worldwide. Before her current work, she was a psychotherapist for 35 years and, before that, a professional dancer.
In this conversation, we discuss Judith’s background and how she was inspired to write The Realization Process. We then deep-dive into our bodies and movement and how they can manifest in our traumas. We learn about relational trauma and how we can find community in our perceptions of the world. Lastly, we discuss body restrictions, our parents’ impact on our bodies, and how important movement is for healing.
I hope you find something in today’s episode and it inspires you to release some tension in your body. I’ll see you here next week.

If I asked you to take a snapshot of life right now, what would be in that snapshot? Our lives are always evolving, and every day, our lives and we look different. So today on The Soul Frequency, I wanted to talk about my process of recording my life through a snapshot journal.
I start this conversation by explaining what the journal looks like to me, why I do it, and why I find it such a powerful practice. I then discuss how each day is unique and irreplaceable and why we must live in the precious present.
If you want to have fun recording the very finite precious moments, I invite you to join me in this really fun practice.
I’ll see you here next week.

If you’re drawn to places like The Soul Frequency, then I’m fairly sure you’re on this Earth to connect with Momma Gaia, connect to the cosmos, and bring more light onto the planet. This is why I am so excited to share this amazing conversation with my guest, Jemmita. I love conversations like this because you can feel a transformation beyond the words said. Conversations like this offer frequency that moves through the body, mind, and soul to shift and expand.
Jemmita is a modern medicine woman, a retreat leader, healer, and ceremonialist. She walks a sacred shamanic path offering deep transformational work globally. From a young age, she was able to perceive the unseen world and communicate with beings of nature. She taught herself how to work with ritual and ceremony to harmonize and balance energies. She is a solopreneur who founded a highly successful cosmetics company and one of the first thriving raw vegan food businesses in Australia. Her mission is to guide and empower others to remember their own true divine nature, power, and innate magic by anchoring the light.
In this conversation, we discuss Jemmita’s journey into discovering her gifts as a lightworker before she explains what a lightworker is and what this means. Jemmita then tells us of some major turning points and integral moments in her journey and how we must tend to our own changes. We then discuss shadow work and how to move through unprocessed trauma and energy.
I really hope you love today’s episode, and I’ll see you here next week.

I am constantly thinking of ways to support my mind, body, and emotions. I challenge what we are told about how things are meant to be and focus on what is possible.
So, today on The Soul Frequency, I wanted to talk about cleansing and how important it is to release inflammation from our bodies and our lives. I start with a conversation on inflammation and my experience with stem cell treatment before discussing ways to release our stored energies, including what questions to ask yourself. I then discuss turning the dial and consciously clearing ourselves and our bodies of this stored energy.
I really hope today’s episode helped you in some way, and I’ll see you here next week.
