Affirmations are one tried and tested way we can reprogramme our unconscious mind with new possibilities. Affirmations can raise the level of our thinking which in turn increases certain feel-good hormones.

"I invoke the power of Ultra-Violet Angelic Fire. I am one with this fire. I am the power of Ultra-Violet Light. I invoke the cleansing and liberating power of this light. I am a force of Liberation in this world. I call on Ultra-Violet fire to liberate my reality, ultra-violet fire to liberate all beings who are calling for freedom in this world. The source of this cleansing power is the angels of Ultra-Violet Fire. These angels are here at my invitation and by the invitation of my HS, my Infinite-Multidimensional Self.........."

"I am a Starseed Magician. I am here in this ascending dimension of struggle and hardship to birth a new reality. A reality of higher light, of higher consciousness, of higher potential. I have come to liberate others to their true power and light. I am a pioneer in this ascension process. I am a reality creator.

I am a Starseed Magician. I am here to reveal the true nature of this dream world. Within this dream world I have come to reclaim my true light, my true power. I have come to open my heart and mind to the truth of my being and my place in this vast Multi-verse of light. I have come to banish all lower toxic energies around me. "I am a being of light. I am healthy. I am in divine alignment with my body. I am spirit housed temporarily within a physical body of bone, blood, organs and cells, this body is the sacred temple for my innermost soul, I have chosen this precious gift of physical life and I choose this gift of life each and every day. I am a being of light. Every cell in my body radiates light now. I am here on the earth-plane with a mission and that mission requires radiant health. Therefore, I focus on thoughts of radiant health. I invite feelings of radiant health. I am radiant health........"

"The power to cleanse and heal is within me. The power to cleanse and heal is within every fibre of my being. The power to cleanse and heal is within my Higher Self, my Infinite-Multidimensional Self. The power to cleanse and heal is within the Universe. The foundation of this cleansing and healing power is forgiveness.

The power to cleanse and heal is within me. I give myself permission to heal. I set myself and others free by choosing to forgive. I choose to forgive because it feels better to love. I forgive myself. I forgive everyone who I felt has hurt me. I accept the lesson my pain is offering me. I let go of pain. I let go of my need to be right. I am willing to see things differently. I see everything as an opportunity to grow. I trust that everything in my life is unfolding perfectly. I am willing to be at peace with myself and everyone. Every circumstance can make me a stronger, wiser, and more compassionate. I am willing to change. I am willing to shift my core vibration to greater levels of joy, love and personal power. As I do this everything in my body and reality is cleansed and healed............"

"I am a Starseed, wanderer I am, I am here on the earth-plane for a reason. That reason is not insignificant. That reason is a powerful one. I am activating these laws of light, laws of life now. These laws are timeless and are the laws of energy, light and power. These laws reverse experiences of powerlessness......"

Principle of Gender.

Lemuria was a high vibrational civilisation situated in the continent of Mu in the Pacific Ocean many thousands of years ago. Lemuria experienced a long Golden Age before its eventual decline. This was part of the collective descent from a more feminine 5D consciousness to our present more masculine dominated dense material world.

The Lemurians had less dense bodies than we now have on this earth-plane. They were very attuned with the Goddess energy of the Earth and the Elemental Kingdom. They had an extensive understanding of the many healing properties of the earth, especially crystals.

Many understood that the civilisation of Lemuria would end. Some decided not to experience the fall in consciousness and moved to the inner earth where they created a new civilisation. Those that chose to descend into 4-3D consciousness left by sea to populate other lands. The peoples of a number of the Pacific Islands, including Hawaii and New Zealand, are descendants of Lemuria. Also, some North American Indian tribes originate from Lemuria.

As the light increases on the planet, many Starseeds are remembering lifetimes in Golden Lemuria. This is all part of the awakening process and bringing heaven once again to this earth-plane. This transmission will assist you in remembering your participation in Golden Lemuria. This in turn will assist you in stepping more gracefully into the higher frequencies of light in this time of transition from dark to light on the planet.

In this transmission you will connect with high angelic forces and utilise the crystal and planetary grids to lay the foundation to upgrade your energy system to a unified chakra field. The Unified Chakra creates a sphere of Light around you that assists you in handling higher and more intense waves of energy. It also helps you to open more fully to the ascension process.

Please note this meditation was originally developed by Angelic Outreach, and was designed to support lightbody awakening and integration process at all levels. The purpose of this transmission is to merge all parts of us from here to Source into Oneness while staying fully conscious and connected to our physical bodies.

The steps in this transmission are as follows:

1. Angelic forces (Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Auriel) build a light sphere around you. Then we call on the higher frequencies of the crystal grid and the planetary grid.

2. We call upon Metatron and Sandalphon to protect the above and below space and then to open the Gaia-Solar circuit in your energy field.

3. You go through the unified chakra process. Starting in the heart we expand your field so that all the chakras become unified in one great sphere of light. This process expands your light until it embraces the earth, then the solar system, then the universe.

4. After resting in this expanded state we contract the field to the Alpha and Omega chakras (8 inches above the head and below the spine respectively. Here the field is sealed and protected.

5. We release the crystal and planetary grids and thank the angelic forces.

Listen to this transmission for Blue Ray Starseeds. This transmission is designed to reconnect you to your star origins, your star tribe and to activate Sirian lightcodes in your energy field and DNA.

For some several decades Indigos, Rainbows, Crystals and Blue Rays, have been incarnating here on a mission to assist with the ascension process of Gaia. Blue Rays beings are strongly connected with the star system Sirius. They have lots of blue and violet energy in their aura that can be seen psychically.

They are natural alchemists and skilled energy workers. They have a huge capacity for compassion and love. They are here to transmute dense difficult energies. Most have chosen difficult mission and often they incarnate in challenging circumstances. When they incarnate, like all other Starseeds, they forget who they are, their natural gifts and soul mission.

Many choose ‘dark’ families and some ‘dark’ cultures where there are dense patterns of abuse that need to be released. This is extra challenging because Blue Ray beings tend to be ultra-sensitive. They can be effected by negative energies and criticism by beings around them that do not understand them nor resonate with them. This can create a strong alchemical process within Blue Rays where they need to heal themselves before they can awaken to their mission here.

Two thousand years ago the Piscean Christ-Avatar planting a seed of light deep within the density of the 3D Matrix. This created a new possibility of light and it also created considerable volatility and chaos as the new seed of light expanded within the old dense paradigm. Now we are at the promised time of ascension, the return of the Aquarian Christ-Avatar. This time the return is not in one World Teacher but come through a collective awakening of consciousness.

In this transmission connect to your own personal karmic story with the Piscean Christ-Avatar. Then clear all karmic programming, agreements, trauma, and interference. This allows you to open up to the final part of the transmission where you connect with the energy of the returning Aquarian Christ-Avatar.
